Hành lá thái nhỏ. Trứng gà đánh tan trong bát. Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho 1 muỗng canh vào láng đều rồi đun nóng, rót hỗn hợp trứng gà vào đảo đều cho trứng hơi chín thì lấy ra để riêng, nếu bạn muốn trứng chín hoàn toàn cũng được nhưng cơm sẽ không ngon lắm đâu.
Cho tiếp 1 muỗng canh dầu vào, cho hành lá băm cùng gừng băm vào phi thơm. Kế tiếp bạn cho cơm vào đảo đều tay. Nêm nước tương, muối, tiêu cho vừa vị, cuối cùng cho phần trứng ở trên vào, rắc bột ngũ vị hương, trộn thật đều, chiên thêm vài phút nữa là tắt bếp.
Xúc cơm ra bát/dĩa để thưởng thức nào. Vẫn là món cơm chiên quen thuộc nhưng kết hợp nguyên liệu bột ngũ vị hương, món ăn của chúng ta sẽ thơm nồng nàn và quyến rũ khó cưỡng, bạn thử xem nhé!
